12.19.14 LED Paper Circuits
Light up your holidays with an LED card! Learn how a basic circuit works while customizing a holiday card.
10.17.14 3D Printing
3D printing is back! Join us for a 3D printer demonstration, then customize your own Jack-O’-Lantern.
*Please note: 3D printing takes a while, so Jack-O’-Lanterns will need to be picked up at a later date.

Have you ever wanted to start your own blog, or have a passion or hobby that you’d like to share with the online community? Learn how to get started, safely!
8.15.14 CMOG Quest
Please note the special time and location for this event!
Meet us at the Admissions Lobby at the Corning Museum of Glass at 3:15 pm, we will end at 5 pm as usual.
Prepare yourself to create a visual quest story as you venture through the museum, using the collection to document your journey.

6.20.14 GIF Animations
Join us on Friday, June 20th from 3:30-5 pm to create your own GIF animation with ABCya!
6.19.14 Comic Strip Maker
Create your own comic strip with ToonDoo! Make your own characters and backgrounds, or use provided imagery to get started. Wacom tablets and Adobe Creative Suite will be available if you’d like to create imagery using these tools.

5.16.14 Game to Code
Level up in this program! Join us on Friday, May 16th from 3:30-5 pm to learn what computer coding is all about while playing fun games.

3.21.14 LEGO Mindstorms
Join us to learn basic concepts and terminology, build, and program LEGO robots with LEGO Mindstorms.

Create your own infographics with words. We’ll compare different programs to create various word clouds, then print yours off and take it home.

1.17.14 3D Printing

Learn what 3D printing is all about, the possibilities are endless! Explore the software used to make 3D prints- then watch the Library’s 3D printer in action.
We will make customized pens from thingiverse.com, though printing can take time, so patience is needed. One pen will be printed for the demonstration, and the others will be printed for you to pick up at a later date.
